As a Customer Support Engineer you are the expert technical interface between Spectrum Effect customers and the Spectrum Effect development teams. Your responsibilities include working directly with customers to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve in-field Spectrum-NET software and platform/hardware issues. You will use the troubleshooting capabilities of Spectrum Effect products to assist customers with problem isolation and resolution. You will train customers in the use of the Spectrum-NET and provide feedback to the Spectrum Effect development teams on new product requirements provided by customer feedback and by your own use of the Spectrum Effect tools. To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills, and be someone who embraces challenges.
