Licensed Shared Access (LSA)

LSA promotes sharing of Europe’s mobile spectrum operated via individual, non-exclusive licenses within a regulatory environment that fosters a predictable quality of service. The initial frequencies identified for sharing with LSA are the 2.3 – 2.4 GHz band. While the LSA concept is based on a fully controlled sharing arrangement, there are still no guarantees of interference-free use of the shared unlicensed spectrum.
