Spectrum Effect Chosen to Present at Telecom Council’s TC3 Summit

SEATTLE, WA USA – September 20, 2016 – Spectrum Effect, a pioneer in mobile spectrum analytics and optimization, today announced The Telecom Council of Silicon Valley has selected the company to present at the Council’s signature TC3 (Telecom Council Carrier Connections) event on September 28, 2016.

The annual TC3 Summit facilitates relationships between startups building new technologies and telecom companies seeking fresh innovations. Spectrum Effect’s breakthrough solution, Spectrum-NET, will be showcased on the main stage at TC3 before an audience of telecom operators, vendors, venture capitalists, platform providers, startups and developers.

“With the steady increase in data demand on today’s networks, spectrum sharing and 5G on the horizon, mobile spectrum is the industry’s chief concern,” commented Spectrum Effect CEO, Frank DeJoy. “Spectrum-NET ensures operators are realizing the full potential of this scarce asset, and we’re excited to step on stage for the first time to share this breakthrough with the industry.”

"TC3 Summit puts cutting edge communications startups in the same room and across the table from the network operators and telecom vendors who need cutting edge innovation," said Liz Kerton President of Telecom Council. "We are pleased that Spectrum Effect will be joining us this year as one of those cutting edge startups."

Spectrum-NET is an invaluable tool that helps mobile operators make the most of existing 3G and 4G spectrum assets by rapidly identifying, locating and mitigating sources of RF interference. Spectrum-NET helps operators both optimize current RAN networks and prepare for future spectrum sharing opportunities.

Spectrum Effect Product Solutions, Identify & Mitigate External Interference
As data demand steadily escalates, Spectrum-NET provides operators with the deep network visibility needed to protect their sizable investment in licensed spectrum and ensure ongoing service quality.
Spectrum Effect’s breakthrough, Spectrum-NET, addresses this dilemma by enabling mobile operators of shared spectrum networks to rapidly identify, characterize, and locate sources of external interference during normal network operation with no downtime.
Spectrum Effect’s Spectrum-NET solution has the advanced technology needed to provide a clear picture of complex, overcrowded 5G networks.
Spectrum Analytics at Mobile World Congress
As spectrum sharing solutions such as LTE-U, CBRS, and LSA are deployed, the external interference will dramatically increase by design making Spectrum-NET’s external interference management capabilities an even more critical asset for operators.
